What kind of store is Pickleball Lab?
Pickleball Lab is a pickleball specialty store operating as Japan's exclusive authorized distributor for Engage Pickleball and an authorized dealer for Six Zero and Selkirk. It's led by Coach Yoshi, a former competitive skier who raced at the world level and an active tennis coach. He has play-tested and evaluated more than 100 paddles from Japan and around the world. What's the difference between genuine products and gray-market (parallel-import) products?
Genuine products can only be sold by stores that have signed an official distribution agreement with the manufacturer, and they're covered by the manufacturer's warranty and quality guarantee. Gray-market products often aren't covered by a warranty, and there's also a risk of counterfeits slipping in. Every product in our store is genuine.
Can I get advice on choosing a paddle?
Yes. You can ask Coach Yoshi directly on LINE. Tell us about your playing experience, style, and budget, and we'll recommend the right paddle for you. During business hours, we reply within 1–2 hours on average.
