As a group partner, you can get your club's shared equipment at a group price, and members can buy their own gear directly from us with a dedicated code.

What the group partner program does for your club
Group price on shared equipment
Get equipment your group uses — loaner paddles, balls, tournament or trial-session prizes — at the group price. You're free to lend it within your group or give it to participants as prizes. For members' personal gear, rather than buying in bulk as a group, members purchase individually with the code below.
Members buy directly from us with a dedicated code
We'll give your group one discount code. Members get a discount just by entering it on eligible-brand products in our store. We handle shipping and inquiries directly, so organizers never front costs, collect money, or hold stock.
Referral fee for organizers
When members buy using your code, we pay the organizer a referral fee. You can receive it as store points or by bank transfer. There's no fee if you choose points.
Sponsorship for tournaments and trial sessions
You're welcome to display "Sponsored by Pickleball Lab" at your tournament or trial session. We'll provide our logo files, and you can print our rules cheat sheet PDF for participants. Depending on the event, we may promote it on our social media too. We generally don't pay sponsorship money or provide free prizes, but you can get prizes at the group price.

How big is the discount?
The terms are for group partners, so we don't list them on the site. After we take a look at your group's activities, we'll send you the agreement (one A4 page).
Are there any costs?
No deposit, annual fee, or minimum purchase.
Do we need a member list?
No. Just share the code. It keeps working even as members come and go.
Which brands qualify?
Engage Pickleball, Six Zero, and Selkirk (Bread & Butter will be added once we start carrying it). JOOLA, Franklin Sports, and STIGA products are sold at the regular price. Indoor-only balls (26-hole) and nets for gym use are currently only from those regular-price brands (as of October 2026).
Can we post the code on social media?
You're free to share it with members or mention it on social media or blogs. Please don't post the discount rate or other terms, and please don't list it on coupon aggregator sites. If you'd like to promote it with ads (search ads, social ads, boosted posts, etc.), please talk to us first.
Can a group that's just getting started apply?
Yes. If you've set a trial session date or venue, please let us know.
Can a group run by a local government employee or public school teacher apply?
Yes. In that case, we'll offer an arrangement without the referral fee or member discount code (your group buys shared equipment at the group price).
We also work with other shops. Is that okay?
Of course. We don't ask for exclusivity.
Can you provide tournament prizes?
We generally don't provide prizes for free. You can buy prizes at the group price and give them to participants as is. Our sponsorship covers use of our name, logo files, the rules cheat sheet, and promotion on our social media.
Can we borrow demo paddles?
We don't lend paddles. You can buy loaner paddles at the group price.
Can we stop partway?
Yes, anytime, with no cancellation fee.
